A: BoBuy is an app where you can spend less and live more! At BoBuy we believe in leading a spontaneous lifestyle, at a price everybody can afford. BoBuy offers its users unique and exclusive deals on Lifestyle experiences and services in Hong Kong.

2. Q: How does BoBuy work?

A: It is super easy to use. Just download BoBuy and start to explore the best deals around you. The deals are online up to 24 hours so you need to be quick to be one of the lucky few.

3. Q: How do I join BoBuy?

A: Everyone can use BoBuy and it takes no time at all to download. You can download BoBuy from The App Store or Google Play for free and login with your Facebook account or your email address.

4. Q: I couldn't find my favorite place on BoBuy.

A: If you havent found your favorite establishment on the app, then do something about it! Contact us and submit a suggestion and our team will look into partnering with them!

5. Q: Do I get any confirmation for my purchase?

A: Yes! After every purchase you will receive an automated confirmation with all the details you will need to have a blast at your chosen experience.

6. Q: Do I have to use my voucher on a particular date?

A: Nothing can last forever unfortunately and the voucher that you purchased will only be valid for the times and dates detailed in the advertisement.

7. Q: How can I book an activity?

A: Booking really couldnt be easier! All you have to do is find the activity or experience that interests you and select the most convenient time slot, click the Buy Now button and continue to the payment page. And you are well on your way to spending less and living more!

8. Q: How are the businesses chosen?

A: BoBuy has a fantastic ranking system for businesses in order to ensure we are offering only the most prestigious and highest quality businesses in Hong Kong. BoBuy's team personally hand-pick the businesses we choose to team up with and are constantly searching for new partners all around Hong Kong.

9. Q: Can I buy more than one deal from a business?

A: We want our app to be as fair and unbiased to our users as we possibly can be so that everybody is able to buy and enjoy a particular deal. Therefore, each user has a limit of buying one deal from each business at a time. But you can ask your family and friends to buy it from their BoBuy account.

10. Q: What are the points that user get? How can I get more? What can I do with it?

A: For every deal in the app you will get 25 points, from time to time we send special offers and you can use your points to get this special offers, so buy more deals and get more points!

11. Q: How can I get contact with BoBuy team?

A: We are always happy to talk to our users and assist them with whatever issues they may be experiencing. There are several ways that you can do it:

a) We love to correspond by email, you can reach us at info@bo-buy.com

b) You can send us a message through the app (setting->contact us) and we can guarantee a response to your query in 24 hours.

c) You can use the live chat and text in few minutes (live chat from the app) every day between 8am-10pm.

12. Q: Can I cancel my deal?

A: Unfortunately, no. This is in order to remain fair to our business partners who supply us with fantastic offers on their services and in the app you can see and book deals for the next 24 hours, all the bookings that are made through BoBuy are paid in advance, we can't offer refund for cancelled or unused deals booked.

1. Q: What forms of payment does BoBuy accept?

A: We accept a number of different avenues of payment, the most popular are Visa, MasterCard or payments through PayPal. For a full list of accepted payment methods, please review our website.

2. Q: How secure is to pay via BoBuy?

A: Vey secure! In BoBuy we use PayPal which is an easy and secure way to make purchases and all card payments are encrypted through your banks security software.

3. Q: Do I need a PayPal account to buy in BoBuy?

A: Of course not! We also allow our users pay with your Visa or MasterCard

4. Q: Are there any additional costs to the business?

A: No. BoBuy charges the full amount for the service, so there won't be any additional costs to the business. Of course if you added something besides the deal you will have to pay the extra costs.
